Our pricing reflects the time, expertise, and individualized medical oversight required to safely prescribe and monitor medications like tirzepatide. Each visit is designed to ensure the best possible outcomes by combining medical evaluation, lab review, medication management, and lifestyle guidance — not just a prescription.
This program is distinct from our comprehensive functional medicine care and is ideal for individuals whose primary goal is weight loss using GLP-1 medications.
What This Visit Includes
The initial GLP-1 visit is focused on weight-loss medication management only. During this visit, we will:
- Review your weight history and prior weight-loss efforts
- Screen for medical contraindications and medication safety
- Review current medications and relevant health history
- Discuss how GLP-1 medications work, expected results, and potential side effects
- Establish an initial dosing and titration plan
- Review monitoring requirements and follow-up expectations
- Complete required medical documentation and informed consent
Medication and laboratory testing, are billed separately.
Important Scope of Care
This visit is limited in scope to medical weight-loss management with GLP-1 therapy.
It does not include:
- A comprehensive functional medicine evaluation
- In-depth review of unrelated medical concerns

Follow-Up Visits
Ongoing follow-up is required for medication management and refills.
- Monthly follow-ups during the initial titration phase (first 3 months): $150 per visit
- Quarterly follow-ups once dosing is stable: $150 per visit
Follow-Up & Prescription Policy
For patient safety and appropriate medical oversight, active participation in follow-up visits is required for continued GLP-1 prescriptions. Refills cannot be provided without appropriate follow-up.
